With nearly two decades of experience in finance and capital markets, Dany brings a proven track record of helping companies grow and innovate. Mr. Vaiman has been with Flora Growth since 2022 and has played a key role in transforming the company into a digital asset treasury company, including a landmark $400 million transaction centered around the AI-driven $0G coin. Prior to Flora, he led Franchise Global Health's go-public on the Toronto Stock Exchange, including its acquisition by Flora Growth. Prior to that, Dany served as Corporate Controller of Torex Gold Resources Inc., a leading intermediate gold producer listed on the TSX with market capitalization of $5 billion, where he oversaw financial operations and supported the company’s growth in the mining sector. He also began his career at Ernst & Young in Toronto, working with publicly listed companies across both the TSX and U.S. SEC markets. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Accountant (CA) in Ontario, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Illinois, and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) from the Schulich School of Business.
